Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges for Customers in the United Kingdom

We comply with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provides you with statutory rights regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: we can only refund the price of the products purchased. The shipping cost of your initial order is non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds Will Not Be Accepted for the Following Reasons:

  • You entered the incorrect address. (If you do so before we ship your order, we may be able to amend it – contact us immediately.)

  • You ordered the wrong size. However, you may still exchange it for the correct size.

  • You forgot to use a promo code.

  • The product is damaged or altered in any way after receipt.

  • It has been over 30 days since you received your item.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it unfit.

Exchanges

The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product was ordered.

  • The product is damaged in any way after receipt.

  • It has been more than 30 days since the product was received.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
